I remember reading this when it was first shared, and then I resonated with the clawing-your-way-out-of-malnourishment aspect. Recently, I found my own cup more literally, which has been a game changer for keeping myself hydrated.

(Mine also has a straw. Might as well use that oral fixation for something useful...)
