Ow, well put. Sometimes I wonder if my GP will ever review my case notes that show the time she said I had nothing to worry about overlaps with another specialist noting that [incredibly obvious symptoms of malnourishment] were occuring. (She won't.)

I remember reading this when it was first shared, and then I resonated with the clawing-your-way-out-of-malnourishment aspect. Recently, I found my own cup more literally, which has been a game changer for keeping myself hydrated.
(Mine also has a straw. Might as well use that oral fixation for something useful...)
